Decibel is a multi-faceted management company, offering management for creatives and businesses in ireland. We have two main departments,
Social media management and Artist management.
Decible was created in 2023 by two friends Alex and Ryan. They created the service to build a relationship of mutual benefit between creatives and small irish businesses. They also aim to bridge the gaps between the creative industries in ireland, acting as a hub where creatives can connect with each other and small irish businesses
Meet The Teams
Social Media Management
Alex McGann is a current student of Digital Business and Innovation at DCU. He has spent the last year involved in an Irish language clothing brand called Fukil. Starting as Social Media Manager before moving his way up to Project Lead, he has spent the last 12 months learning a broad variety of skills including management, digital advertising and marketing, social media management and content production, PR, working with influencers among other things. These skills are essential to the running of DECIBEL - and he hopes to apply them going forward.
Artist Management
For the past three years, Ryan Clifford has been studing music business in BIMM Dublin. He has been honing his skills as a manager, taking on various projects with BIMM artists to build up his repitoir and skills. Having been an artist himself, he has the perspective from both the artist point of view, as well as the business point of view. Though his main experience has been on the business side of the music industry, he has gained skills that pertain to many of the other creative industries. HIs desire to bridge the gaps in the creative industries led to him becoming one half of the whole that is DECIBEL.
